Preparation of documentation on transfer pricing in compliance with law Directive 2010/137654, issued by the director of “Agenzia delle Entrate” on 29th September 2010, and the Circular No 58/E released on 15th December 2010. This legislation aimed to guarantee that the transfer pricing policies respected the standard value principle (the arm’s length principle).
